Purchasing Policy - Delivery / Exchange
You will receive an email when your order is shipped or ready to be picked up.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay suffered by the post.
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for all resulting postage costs.
Exchange or refund policies
No request will be processed AFTER 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Please email us at email@example.com the reasons for your request and attach a photo if necessary so that our suppliers may or may not authorize your request according to their refund policies, either: defective, damaged or incorrectly packaged item. The supplier will have 10 working days to send us their decision. If your request is accepted, you must return the item to us within 10 days. The item should be in its original condition. Not having been used, worn or washed. In short, it must be new. You must attach a copy of the invoice as well as a copy of our return authorization communication that we will have sent you by email. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is YOUR responsibility to have checked the size chart, before making your purchases. No exchange or refund of size due to a wrong size on your part will be accepted.
